It clarifies that don't wait someone else to make the change, go for the change. And this is the morality that our nation is losing. Everyone wants others to do change in the society, not themselves they keep on waiting for someone else to make the change without even a single step from their side. No one wants to take first step to change. Rabindranath Tagore has truly said, "If you like to bring the change, Move alone, otherwise crowd will not let be."

“Ekla Chalo” was originally a set of lyrics penned by Tagore when Bengal was to be partitioned in 1905. One of Gandhiji’s favorites the song remains one of those great inspirational pieces which are timeless.In fact more than 100 years after the song was first written , the song is still as effective as it was back.
